Great muscle roller

I bought this instead of a Tiger Tail. Seems to do as well a job overall. Tiger Tail is more comfortable as I've used both in rehab therapy for my knee but for half the price it is well worth it. Some reviews say it comes dirty, and I will have to say this is true. I believe this to be a manufacturing issue. It did not seem to me to be used. It was easy to clean. It appeared to be production oils. Definitely not a deal breaker.

doing this never crossed my mind until i saw an article on it. and wow... yes... whenever my hammies are still tight after stretching... i grab this roller and it really releases a lot of the tightness!! thank you!!

Great product bad packaging

Product is great, easy to use with nice sponge like roller. Would like to see that it would be wrapped in plastic of some sort, the handles of mine came very dirty and almost look as if they were used.

The media could not be loaded. EXACTLY what I needed. Works with tons of pressure, works with little pressure. Doesn’t bend, isnt flimsy. It’s a mini foam roller. Its not the hard shell one so it won’t give you bruises when you have shin splints. I’m not trying to be Ben affleck in the accountant, ok. Just buy it! Buy it now!!!

Great for everyday use

I work as an athletic trainer and I needed something cheaper than a tiger tail. I purchased this on a whim and glad I did. It’s used multiple times a day and hold up nicely. Would but again

I found my perfect roller

The padding is just what the doctor ordered. I bruise easily. I get frustrated by my aches and am too harsh, often. The foam on this is a godsend. It fits in my larger suitcase for train travel; barely, but good enough. I first bought a totally different stick thinking it would be better for reaching the back. This one, shorter, is even easier when rotated. Love this. Kinder. Gentler.
